This questionnaire is designed to help the Pastor Search Committee understand the general preferences of the congregation as we seek God’s will for our next pastor. Please answer prayerfully and thoughtfully. Your responses will be considered, but we trust that God may lead us to a pastor who does not match every preference listed below.

2. What level of pastoral experience would you prefer?
3. What is your preference for marital status?
3b. Would you be open to considering a pastor who has been divorced?
4. What is your preferred level of education?
5. Please rank the top five pastoral duties in order of priority. Number 1 is the most important.
